Show returns March 18-19 at Hard Rock Stadium
Common, The Roots, Jill Scott, LL Cool J, Robin Thicke and others will grace the stage during the 12th edition of Miami Gardens’ signature event, Jazz in the Gardens. The two-day music festival runs from March 18-19, 2017 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
With more than110,000 residents, Miami Gardens is the third largest city in Miami-Dade County and the third largest predominately Black city in the U.S. (according to 2010 Census Data).
Jazz in the Gardens usually features a mix of Jazz and R&B. Here is a snapshot of the line up:
Saturday, March 18
Robin Thicke, Herbie Hancock and Morris Day and the Time will perform with the Jazz in the Gardens All Stars, a group made up of Will Downing, Chantae Moore and Marion Meadows.
Sunday, March 19
Andra Day, Common and The Roots will perform to close out the show. Comedian Rickey Smiley will host.
Expect more arts to join the roster as the show draws closer.
