Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Ari Lennox & More To Perform At 16th Annual Jazz In The Gardens Music Fest
Jazz In The Gardens Music Fest bounced back in 2022 after pausing for two years due to the pandemic. They’re taking that momentum into 2023 with the announcement of the 16th Annual Jazz In The Gardens Music Fest and its full lineup of artists. Returning to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida the weekend of Saturday, March 11th and Sunday, March 12th, JITG’s sweet 16 will be quite an event. The festival is known for being a musical melting pot with numerous styles of Black music represented, and this year is no different.
Headlining Jazz In The Gardens will be two queens of neo-soul, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott. R&B and soul music legends Charlie Wilson and El DeBarge are invited along with ’90s R&B stars Jodeci, contemporary R&B songstress Keyshia Cole and R&B starlet Ari Lennox.
Sunday’s festival festivities will kick off with praise and worship featuring gospel artists Chandler Moore, Keirra Sheard and Pastor Mike Jr. making a joyful noise. World-famous bandleader to the stars Adam Blackstone rounds the lineup out with plans to bring his Legacy Experience to the JITG stage for what is sure to be quite a live experience.
Jazz In The Gardens is being presented by the City of Miami Gardens in association with Live Nation. In addition to the weekend festival, there’ll be a Women’s Impact Luncheon to coincide with Women’s History Month and an opening night party where festival attendees can get down, get funky and get loose.
One thing is for sure, the 16th Annual Jazz In The Gardens Music Fest is going to be a sweet time for Black music lovers. Tickets to the two-day festival are on sale now on the JITG website.
