BEFORE YOU ATTEND JITG MUSIC FEST

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Zoom Lens Cameras, selfie sticks, go pros, drones, or any other recording devices
  • NEW BAG POLICY: Small totes, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12”x6”x12” or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller (no pockets) and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome Personal beach towel is allowed (you cannot use it to “hold spots” around you)

  • Selling of merchandise or unauthorized/unlicensed vending
  • Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, stickers, sampling, give-a-ways, etc.

Note: This list may be modified at any time to allow prohibited items. At any time, additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of Promoters, law enforcement or security officials.

Is Jazz in the Gardens the event wheelchair-accessible?

All areas of the festival that are accessible to the public are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. These include the parking, ticket sales, seating, restrooms, concessions and the marketplace.

What is the seating arrangement?

Platinum, Prime & Reserved sections have reserved seats. The General Admission area has limited seating that is not reserved. We encourage you to bring your own lawn chair. Each seating area has a different price. Please refer to the Ticketmaster website for the seating chart and ticket pricing.

Can I bring my own chair, like lawn chairs?

Yes, you can bring regular sized lawn chairs, in the General Admission section only with a purchased General Admission Ticket.

Can I bring coolers, food, or beverage?

You will NOT be allowed to bring food, beverage, or coolers into the event. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event.

In addition to the music, what activities will be at the event?

Food: A variety will be for sale in our food village area.

Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on purchase on site.

Marketplace: Pop-Up Shops will have items for sale such as arts & crafts, t-shirts, souvenir items and gifts. Be sure to secure your JITG merch!

Displays: Non-for-profit organizations and sponsors.

Interactive stations: Games, photos and other surprises provided by sponsors.

How much is parking?

Day of Event Lots 1, 1A, 2, 3, 15, 16, 17, 18 and Walmart  • $40.00 Credit/SunPass $25.00
Norwood/Lot 42 • $20.00

Where is ADA Parking?

Parking for ADA patrons is located at Gate 15 and Gate 16 and is on a first come first serve basis. Once all ADA spaces are filled, any ADA patron arriving will have to park in the general lots. ADA fans will also pay a parking fee.

What if I use a Ride-Share Service?

All Ride-Share services, Pick-Up and Drop-Off are at Gate 18.

What happens if it rains?

This is a “rain, or shine” show. The event will be continued even if it rains. Download the JITG Mobile App for live weather updates and announcements.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?

Yes, tickets can be purchased Mobile Box Offices located at Gate 14A and Gate 2, 2PM – 10PM. No cash will be taken at the box office. 

How will I know what time each performer will be on stage?

The performance schedule will be available on the website. View Saturday’s Line-Up and Sunday’s Line-Up under the Line-up tab. A program guide will be available upon entry and you can also Download the JITG Mobile App for the performance schedule and for any live updates to the schedule. *Artist Times Are Subject To Change*.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals allowed.

Are umbrellas permitted?

Small umbrellas permitted but cannot be opened in seating area.

Is there re-entry to the event?

No re-entry is permitted. Only in the event of a weather emergency, re-entry will be permitted with your ticket when it is safe to return. Download the Jazz in the Gardens mobile app for live information and updates.

Are ATM’s available at the event?

Yes. There are ATM’s located in several areas throughout the event venue.

Can I record the festival and/or bring recording devices?

No Cameras, Camcorders, or other video recording devices are permitted in the venue.
