Music arrives in Miami Gardens this weekend as Jazz in the Gardens music festival comes to town.<\/p>\n
The 15th annual event, canceled like so many others in 2021, returns with a lineup that includes Mary J. Blige, fresh off her Super Bowl appearance (we hope she wears those thigh-high boots and\u00a0performs her meme-inspiring \u201cdeath drop\u201d\u00a0<\/a>again). Also performing are The Isley Brothers, The Roots, H.E.R. and Rick Ross, among others. Syndicated radio host and comedian Rickey Smiley returns as host.<\/p>\n Tickets are still available for the two-day festival, but you should buy them in advance. There will be no walk-up sales at the stadium during the event at the Hard Rock box office, but tickets can be purchased at Mobile Box Offices from 2-10 p.m. Gate 14A and Gate 2. Each ticket is good for both days.<\/p>\n This year, ticket holders will also need to show a valid COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test. Masks will not be required but are encouraged.<\/p>\n Parking is available at the lots around the stadium for $40 ($35 if you buy parking beforehand). There will also be a food village with vendors selling food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and pop-up merchandise stands.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s a schedule of who\u2019s performing.
