The soul<\/em>-stirring, Grammy<\/em> award-winning, and multi-platinum<\/em>-selling Maxwell <\/strong>will headline while Babyface, Jeezy, Scarface, Jaheim, Tamia, Marsha Ambrosius, October London<\/strong>, and DJ Cassidy<\/strong>\u2018s Pass the Mic Live!<\/em> with special guests <\/em>are just a few of the incredible talents set to grace the festival\u2019s stages.
